Vitthal Rukhmini Mandir, Pandharpur
The Savani Heritage Project, commissioned by the Pandharpur Vitthal Rukmini Devasthan Samiti, is a landmark cultural and religious infrastructure initiative, executed by Moraya Construction and Developers. Located in the sacred town of Pandharpur, this project focuses on restoring, enhancing, and preserving the spiritual and architectural heritage of the Vitthal Rukmini temple premises.
Our scope included the development of pilgrims’ amenities, heritage façade restoration, utility blocks, and internal infrastructure upgrades—all completed while strictly adhering to spiritual site sensitivity and heritage preservation norms. The construction strategy emphasized durability, aesthetics, and ease of access for the lakhs of devotees visiting the temple each year.
Special care was taken to ensure that the structure’s original design elements, historical textures, and devotional essence were retained. The materials used were compliant with archaeological standards, while modern construction tools allowed for efficiency and safety during execution.
